ShipPact, a service of 3D Print Farm US ("we"), operates this fulfillment portal so online sellers and brands ("partners") can have us store, print, pack and ship the orders their customers place on Shopify, Etsy and eBay.
Partner account details (name, business name, email, phone). With the partner's permission, store data from the connected platform: product listings and SKUs, and for paid orders the order number, items, quantities, personalization, the buyer's shipping name, address and phone, and buyer notes.
Only to manufacture, pack and ship the partner's orders, to send tracking information back to the partner's store, and to bill the partner for fulfillment. We never sell data, never market to buyers, and never contact buyers directly unless the partner asks us to.
Platform access tokens are encrypted at rest. Buyer shipping details are kept only as long as needed to ship the order, handle returns and meet tax and accounting requirements. When a partner disconnects a store or uninstalls our app, we stop accessing that store, and we honor data deletion requests from Shopify, Etsy and eBay.
